SACRAMENTAL RECORDS

The Sacraments that are conferred upon parishioners at Saint Leander are entered into the sacramental record books in the Parish Office.

If you received the Sacraments of Baptism, First Eucharist, Confirmation, or Matrimony at Saint Leander and need a copy of your sacramental record, you may contact the Parish Office for a certificate during regular business hours. You can either stop by and request your records in person, or call the Parish Office at (510) 895-5631.
