Some Qualities of a good Santinig Choir Member
1) Watches in Santinig Choir’s group chat for Ellen’s recording of Responsorial Psalm and Alleluia on Mondays for Saturday’s mass service and starts practicing; also checks for any announcements or additional recordings.
2) Flags music book and misalette and prepares any necessary song handout as early as Monday; also lets Tess know promptly if missing a hard copy.
3) Regularly listens and self-practices as needed with the Youtube link of the mass songs, especially for unfamiliar or new songs; also understands that regular practice builds one’s confidence and develops voice tone.
4) Warms up voice on the way to the choir practice.
5) Promptly arrives at the choir practice in the suggested attire color and learns the instructions in singing each mass song.
6) Sits at the back or sing softly (or not at all) if not sure of the arrangement or proper way to sing the song(s).
7) Informs Tess if unable to attend for courtesy and choir’s planning purposes.
