Fr. Simon Jin

Fr. Simon Jin graduated in July 2003 from Shanghai Shesan Seminary, and ordained in Shanghai in December of the same year. 

He came to San Francisco on October 2014 and started serving the Holy Name Parish.  From 2016 to 2017, he also served as a Chaplain at the SF General Hospital. 

He came to the Diocese of Oakland on October 20, 2019, and now serves as the Parochial Vicar at St. Leander Parish, and concurrently as the Director of the Diocese’s Chinese Pastoral and Cultural Center.
