Did you know that all present at Mass are instructed to bow at certain points? For example, all are to bow their heads immediately before receiving Holy Communion, and all are to make a profound bow (meaning, a bow at the waist and not just the head) at the conception portion of the Nicene Creed. During the following lines, ALL bow (including priests, servers, and YOU):
… and by the Holy Spirit was incarnate of the Virgin Mary, and became man.
At the Christmas and Easter Masses, we are called to kneel during these two lines, but for all other Sundays and solemnities, we bow.

¿Sabía que todos los presentes en la Misa deben inclinarse en ciertos mom
entos? Por ejemplo, todos deben inclinar la cabeza inmediatamente antes de recibir la Sagrada Comunión, y todos deben hacer una inclinación profunda (es decir, inclinando el tronco desde la cintura y no solo la cabeza) durante la parte del Credo Niceno que se refiere a la encarnación. Al pronunciar las siguientes palabras, TODOS se inclinan (incluidos sacerdotes, monaguillos y USTED):
